Josh Gibson has over 20 years of experience in the fields of psychiatry, health technology and management consulting. He received his M.D. in Psychiatry from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He then completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he also taught and supervised residents and worked as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry for more than a decade.

Josh has also served as an Editorial Board Member of Web M&M, as the Committee Chair of the Group for the Advancement of Psychiatry and as a Senior Clinician for Quartet Health. In addition to his role as VP of Open Innovation at Pilot44, he sees clients as an Executive Coach and Consultant to help them effectively use emotional data in the workplace so they are able to lead dynamic, high-functioning teams and to maintain a work-life balance.
